Billing Profiles

Billing Profiles are named templates used during profile creation. They contain billing identity, address, phone, card number, expiration, and CVV.

  1. Open Billing Profiles.
  2. Select Create billing profile.
  3. Enter a unique nickname.
  4. Complete the billing name, phone number, address, city, state or region, postal code, and country.
  5. Enter the card number, CVV, expiration month, and four-digit expiration year.
  6. Select Create billing profile.

The list displays only the nickname, masked brand and last four digits, expiration, assignment count, and update time. Full sensitive values are not displayed, copied, or exported.

  • Rename changes only the saved nickname.
  • Edit is a full replacement. Every sensitive field starts blank and must be entered again.

Replacement applies only to profiles created afterward. Existing profiles keep their prior billing snapshot.

You can delete a Billing Profile only when it is not assigned. A locked entry shows its assigned profile count. Deleting an unassigned catalog entry does not remove billing snapshots already copied into profiles.

Use payment methods you are authorized to control, monitor the associated account, and take responsibility for trial cancellation, renewals, taxes, shipping, and order reconciliation.
