Aging journey and statuses

Aging is a sequence of completed work, not simply elapsed calendar time.

Target day Checkpoint What completes it
Day 3 Amazon Signup Confirmed manual signup or successful automated signup
Day 14 Prime Enrollment Confirmed automated enrollment in the authorized Prime trial
Day 31 Checkout One confirmed order
Day 34 Prior-order check and checkout Day 31 order verified, then one confirmed order
Day 37 Prior-order check and checkout Day 31 and Day 34 orders verified, then one confirmed order

Between checkpoints, eligible profiles receive daily search-aging work. A reached date can make work due, but the journey percentage advances only after the corresponding work succeeds.

  • Not enabled — aging has never been enabled for this profile.
  • On track — completed work is current and no immediate action is required.
  • Due today — the next eligible work is due.
  • Running / Queued — work is active or waiting for an execution slot.
  • Behind — completed work is later than its intended schedule.
  • Manual action required — complete the Day 3 manual signup flow.
  • Needs Review — the app stopped because it cannot prove a safe outcome.
  • Paused — no future aging work will be planned until you resume.

Dashboard prioritizes urgent states such as Running, Needs Review, Behind, and manual action over a generic On Track label. Open the related run to understand the exact reason.
