Needs Review

Needs Review is a safety stop. It means the app cannot automatically prove that continuing or repeating work is safe.

Review in this order

1. Open the profile’s most recent run.
2. Read Error Details, Run Metadata, and the Action Timeline.
3. Decide whether the run could have crossed an external submission boundary.
4. Check the authoritative external account when necessary.
5. Resolve missing prerequisites before resuming.

If signup is involved

Check the connected mailbox and attempt to sign in to Amazon using the saved account details. Do not create another account with the same mailbox until you know whether the first signup succeeded.

If Prime is involved

Open Amazon’s Prime membership page and check the mailbox for the matching welcome or warning message. Do not submit another trial enrollment simply because the run did not finish cleanly.

If checkout is involved

Open Amazon Order History. Check new orders, pending orders, cancellations, and payment activity around the run time. A timeout after Place Order can mean the order succeeded even though the app never received confirmation.

Danger

Never use Resume as a generic retry button after a possible Prime or checkout submission. Reconcile the external account first.

Contact support when the source run and Amazon account disagree or when the app does not present a safe recovery action.
